Delivery Policy

Local delivery for Pets On Point online ordering service will be twice a week on Monday and Thursday. Deliveries will begin at noon. The Order cut-off for those days will be at 10:30am. Any orders placed after 10:30am on Monday will be delivered Thursday. Any orders placed after 10:30am Thursday will be delivered the following Monday. Any online order can be picked up in-store at anytime during business hours.

Orders over $100 (before tax) will be free. Orders under $100 will have a $5 delivery charge. Multi-unit buildings will be delivered at the ground level floor only at the entrance or mailroom.

Note: All frozen product purchased for delivery is non-returnable. We will contact customers ordering frozen product prior to delivery to confirm day and time of delivery. It is the buyer's responsibility to receive and properly store frozen products after the time of delivery.

At time of delivery, a photograph will be taken as proof of delivery. Pets on Point is not responsible for theft, damage or missing packages after time of delivery.
