All returns must be accompanied with a receipt. If no receipt is present, a manager, when available, will review your account and/or the item history and will perform a store credit/exchange if one is due.
Delivered goods: must be returned in-person unless items were delivered in error by Pets On Point.
Pet Food (not including treats): We offer in-store credit/exchange only, as long as you have the original bag and at least 50% of the contents remain. Unopened bags are guaranteed for 10 days for in-store credit/exchange. Frozen food, purchased online using the delivery option, is not returnable.
Pet Treats and Chews: We offer in-store credit/exchange for unopened treats and or chews within 10 days of original purchase.
Chew Toys, Hard Goods and Clothing: All returns must be made within 10 days of original purchase. We offer in-store credit/exchange for items in their original packaging and in resellable condition, unless we otherwise determine, at our discretion, that the damage is the result of a manufacturer defect. No chew toy is guaranteed against tough chewers. If packaging indicates a guarantee the customer will need to seek reimbursement from the manufacturer.
All returns submitted after 10 days will need to be reviewed by management and assessed a 20% restocking fee.
